What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Sales & Business Development
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Follow up with warm leads and cross-sell additional coverage
- Meet with apartment managers and local housing communities to promote renters insurance partnerships
- Generate referrals and identify new growth opportunities
- Track activity and sales goals to drive agency growth
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Support and manage social media engagement and digital outreach
- Assist with local marketing campaigns and networking events
- Represent the agency at community functions
- Help strengthen brand visibility in Belton and surrounding areas
- Track marketing performance and contribute ideas for growth
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a background in customer service and enjoy helping people
- Have sales experience and are comfortable making outbound calls
- Are confident meeting local business partners in person
- Enjoy social media, marketing, and community engagement
- Are goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance bonuses
- Stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations
- Want a long-term career with growth potential
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
An active Texas insurance license is ideal. If not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain one. John will reimburse the cost of insurance licensing exams upon passing.

- Our office is open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- We have 35 years years of combined insurance experience in our office.
